Publish honestly

Describe apps and games accurately. Choose useful categories and tags, truthful previews and clear requirements. Disclose external services, paid features and significant limitations. Credit collaborators and include required license notices. Test uploads before publication. AI assistance does not remove responsibility for rights, accuracy or safety.

Respect people

Do not publish threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, doxxing, impersonation, fabricated endorsements or non-consensual intimate material. Do not post personal information or recordings without a lawful basis and necessary permission. Sexual exploitation, child abuse material and content facilitating serious harm are prohibited. Do not upload illegal material as evidence; privately report its URL and a description.

Keep apps safe

Malware, phishing, credential theft, hidden cryptocurrency mining, deceptive charges and attempts to escape the sandbox or access other accounts are prohibited. Do not conceal trackers or network destinations. Never put private credentials in browser bundles. External APIs and multiplayer services must be authorized, securely configured and disclosed. Respect resource limits and do not attack another service.

Respect rights and the law

Publish material you own, are licensed to distribute or can lawfully use under an applicable exception. This includes code, game assets, music, fonts, data, writing and brands. Honor third-party licenses and attribution. Pirated games, stolen source code, scams, fraud, unlawful gambling and other illegal services are prohibited.

Keep participation fair

Reviews should describe real use and remain relevant. Do not use bots, purchased accounts, rating rings, fake plays, spam or coordinated manipulation of discovery or earnings. Creators cannot review their own apps. Criticism of the work is welcome; abusive attacks are not. Disclose sponsorships and significant commercial relationships.

Journal standards

Publish original, useful articles with accurate attribution. Distinguish opinion from verified facts. Obtain required permission for quotations and images. Do not plagiarize or knowingly publish deceptive promotions or harmful false claims. Link responsibly. Admins may review submissions, enable automatic publication or pause member publishing. These rules still apply when articles go live automatically.

Reporting and enforcement

Use Report on an app or /contact for article, safety, privacy or rights concerns. Identify the URL and explain the issue. Contact the relevant emergency authority for immediate danger; platform support is not an emergency service. Reports are private administrative records, although necessary rights-dispute information may be shared.

We may request changes, reject an article, remove a listing, restrict capabilities, quarantine content or suspend publishing or an account. Urgent risks can require immediate action. Serious or repeated abuse, infringement or evasion can lead to termination. We aim to explain decisions when lawful and appropriate. Appeal through project controls or /contact with relevant facts. False reports and retaliatory abuse are prohibited.
