Ownership and lawful use

Creators retain the rights they hold in uploads. Hosting does not prove ownership or authorize use of someone else's code, music, images, writing, likeness or trademark. Third-party licenses continue to apply. Applicable exceptions, including fair use or fair dealing, must be considered; disagreement alone does not establish infringement.

Sending a request

Use the support address above or choose Copyright / rights at /contact. Include the exact app, game, article or asset URL; identify the protected work or other right; describe the disputed material and claim; state whether you are the rightsholder or an authorized representative; and provide a contact email. Include relevant ownership or license information and a physical or electronic signature where required.

For copyright notices, state your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rightsholder, their agent or the law, and that your information is accurate and you are authorized to make the request. Include declarations required by applicable law. Do not submit passwords, full payment details or unnecessary identity documents. We may request proportionate clarification. A report is not an automatic finding of infringement.

Review and protective action

We review specific, credible requests and take action required by applicable law. Serious concerns may result in disabled access and restricted evidence preservation while reviewed. Where lawful and appropriate, we notify the creator, share necessary notice information and explain how to respond. Personal information not needed to resolve a claim should be minimized. Valid court orders and mandatory legal requests follow the applicable process.

Responses and restoration

If removal was mistaken, use the project appeal controls or send a Copyright / rights request identifying the removed URL, request reference, explanation and supporting permission, license or applicable exception. Identify yourself and your authority, provide contact details and sign any required counter-notice. Additional legal declarations or jurisdictional details may be required by the law applicable to that request. Consider advice before submitting sworn statements or consenting to legal jurisdiction.

We consider the response, ongoing proceedings and applicable notice, counter-notice and restoration requirements. Any statutory restoration deadline is followed unless the law permits continued restriction. A rights response does not override a separate valid community or safety restriction. This policy does not claim automatic worldwide safe-harbor protection or apply one country's legal procedure universally.

Other rights and repeat infringement

Choose Privacy at /contact for exposed personal information, or Community / safety for impersonation, threats and abuse. Trademark or publicity claims should identify the right and specific misleading or unauthorized use; their legal standards can differ from copyright.

We may restrict or terminate repeat infringers after considering valid claims, responses, evidence and applicable law. Deliberately false notices, counter-notices and harassment through reporting can also lead to restrictions and legal consequences. Keep the reference we issue to connect later responses with the original request.
