Hackemist hosts browser apps, games and creator articles. Contact support@hackemist.com or use Contact and rights requests (/contact). The creator program is opt-in and requires review. An approved application permits eligible project monetization; it does not promise sales, earnings, a payout date or continued approval. Only enable monetization for work you control and can lawfully commercialize.

Revenue allocation The configured creator share is the share disclosed in your creator dashboard before participation of the defined distributable subscription amount. The current accounting basis is verified collected subscription cash less applicable taxes, payment-provider fees, refunds, disputes and documented adjustments. Checkout prices and creator-share changes are versioned prospectively; historical receipts retain their recorded share policy. Demo memberships, test transactions, complimentary grants and uncollected amounts are not distributable revenue.

Qualified activity and monthly process The platform records server-observed qualifying activity from verified eligible paid members. It deduplicates each player once per creator per UTC month across that creator's apps, excludes self-plays and synthetic/demo activity, and checks paid coverage and refund/dispute status. Creators must not buy fake activity, coordinate rating rings or split projects merely to farm credit. The operator can investigate suspicious activity and must document corrections or holds.

After a month closes, the operator reviews the available live revenue pool and qualified-player allocation before finalization. Integer rounding is deterministic and the allocation ledger is inspectable. Refunds and other negative adjustments carry into later distributable balances; unresolved financial reconciliation can pause allocation. Prior finalized ledger entries are retained rather than silently rewritten.

Accrual is not a transfer Accrued amounts in the dashboard are not money already deposited into your bank account. When configured, the payout workflow can reserve matured earnings, submit approved requests to the selected provider and track the provider's canonical outcome. The operator may explicitly enable scheduled disbursements instead of individual review. Minimum amounts, holding periods, reserve percentage, payout currency and supported countries are shown in the payout settings. Provider approval, identity/sanctions checks, tax documentation, funding, country/bank eligibility and any additional provider-required approval still apply. Stripe and Whop balance transfers are shown separately from actual bank payouts; a transfer to a provider balance does not prove a bank deposit. Paystack and Flutterwave transfers are direct bank disbursements whose status may remain processing or fail. Unsupported provider/country combinations cannot be used. The implementation does not automatically convert currency.

Refunds, disputes and recovery Refunds, disputes or unresolved cash accounting may hold payouts and reduce future distributable balances. The operator can request a supported provider transfer reversal subject to its terms and available recoverable balance; other recovery requires the provider's process and applicable agreed policy. Contact support for applicable provider fees and expected payout timing. Failed or uncertain transfers are reconciled before funds are released or retried. Do not represent test credits, a demo ledger or a pending transfer as earned or bank-paid money.

Content and support obligations Keep accurate project descriptions and previews, respect intellectual-property and privacy rights, provide required third-party license notices and do not conceal harmful behavior. Do not embed secrets or ask users for sensitive data without a lawful, clearly disclosed basis and necessary authorization. Premium access does not certify content quality, security or fitness.

Review, removal and appeals The operator may suspend monetization or access while investigating a credible policy, payment, rights or security issue. The moderation interface provides a report and appeal path. Contact support to dispute a decision or accounting entry and include the relevant project/month without revealing payment credentials. Any clawback, withholding, termination or adjustment is subject to the agreed policy and mandatory law. Statutory consumer, creator and other rights are not waived by these terms.
